About Putley WI

Putley WI has been meeting in the village for over 100 years. Our monthly meeting is at the Parish Hall on the second Wednesday of each month at 7.30pm. Our evenings offer a varied programme of talks, visits and activities where we spend an entertaining couple of hours learning new things, making new friends and generally having a great time! We are a lively group of women with a diverse range of interests and skills. If you would like to join us, a warm welcome awaits you.

We also meet up in smaller groups for coffee on Friday mornings at The Nest, an art and craft group that meets on Monday afternoons at Trumpet Tea Rooms and a garden group that meets monthly.

Each year we also support local events to raise funds for our community or good causes.

The cost for 12 months membership is £44 which also gives you access to National and County WI activities and a monthly magazine.

Join us for fun, friendship and inspiration. If you would like to sample one of our meetings or come for coffee please contact Anne Phillips – Putley WI President on 01531 671176 or annephillips48@hotmail.com.
